To provide speech-language services to the patient population served.  This includes a thorough assessment, diagnosis, establishment of a safe and effective treatment plan, and implementation of an individualized treatment plan within a coordinated team environment.  Management of informative, accurate, and timely documentation; participation in team meetings; training of others as indicated; and participation in continuing education relevant to the population serviced.  These include disorders related to speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and fluency. This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties.  Other duties may be assigned.


  • Master’s degree or doctorate required.
  • Graduate of a Speech-Language Pathology program accredited by the Council on Academic Accrediation in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Master’s degree or doctorate required.
  •  Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CCC.
  • Current American Heart – HeartSaver or Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
  • Certification: 
  • Licensure: Licensed to practice in the state of New Mexico.
  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English-Additional languages preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Excellent computer knowledge and skills.
  • Performs related responsibilities as assigned.
