To assist the Accounting Department in preparing and maintaining statistical and financial reporting. Individual is responsible for daily balancing of GL. Ability to analyze bank activity in relation to GL postings. Reviews system and standard reports to determine and/or correct out-of-balance occurrences. Prepare daily reporting spreadsheets as requested by the Leadership. This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties. Other related duties may be assigned.
High School Diploma or equivalent with some secondary education working towards bachelor’s degree in accounting. Three to four years of previous accounting experience with an automated system. Working knowledge of spreadsheet and debits/credits. Ability to analyze and compute numbers. A high degree of concentration required. Current American Heart – HeartSaver or Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
