  • Overview

    Under the supervision of the Registration Services Manager, and according to specific procedures, is responsible for coordination and controlling all training activities in the Registration/Pre-Admit Testing departments.  This will include audit control of all registration activities. He/She will act in the absence of the Director of Registration Services.  This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties. Other related duties may be assigned

     

    Qualifications

    High School diploma or equivalent.  Current American Heart – HeartSaver or Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
    College degree desirable but not required
    One year of supervisory experience required.
    Must be able to plan direct and coordinate training activities to include developing and implementing training plans with the approval of the manager.
    Must be able to communicate (orally and in writing) effectively with patient, staff, doctors and other departments.
    Background in a medical setting preferred.
    Must have desired skills in Microsoft Office products, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access.
