The Quality Director facilitates organizational performance improvement by:
Accountable for timely completion of paperwork and assignments (i.e.: employee evaluations, employee orientation, achieve departmental operating budget target, achieve productivity performance standards, employee attendance at mandatory in-services (such as annual re-orientation), QI data, staff competencies, etc.) for assigned scope of service. Ensure that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained. Report to top management on the performance of the quality management system and any need for improvement, and ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.
