Performs C.T. scan examinations on patients and coordinates patient flow and the activities of the CT scanner: using the imaging modalities available. This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties. Other related duties may be assigned.
Graduate of Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation accredited Radiology program or equivalent. Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist. Current New Mexico License. Prefer two years’ experience in CT. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Must take “on-call” duty and respond within 30 minutes of request.
Future Expectation: within 6 months of hire must have scheduled, taken and provided Director of DI, and Human Resources with ARRT (CT) test results. Must successfully complete the ARRT (CT) Registry within twelve months of hire, if not in possession at time of hire.
