Assists in the planning, coordination, and administration of policies related to all phases of the hospital’s human resources. This description is not intended to be a complete list of duties. Other related duties may be assigned.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Current American Heart – HeartSaver card
Human Resources experience preferred.
Demonstrates skills in clerical work; must be computer literate.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Access, or other spreadsheet software to prepare charts, graphs, presentations, etc.; interpersonal and communication skills, adaptable to frequent changes, business related social skills a must.
Must accurately type and operate 10-key calculator.
Works independently with minimal instructions.
Maintains strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
A high degree of concentration and multi-tasking is required.
Performs related responsibilities as assigned.
